Mechanics......perfect, counter staff have bad attitude and need to learn a little manners, every time you go there, it's like your causing them a problem, when all you require is them to do their job efficiently and courteously. Update: 01/02/21 I was there for a PMI (inspection) this took 3.5hrs, you were NOT allowed to use the waiting room (closed because of Covid). They wanted me to WAIT OUTSIDE in FEEZING TEMPERATURES. I ended up in the alcove 8' X 4' having to vacate every time another customer appeared. Personally VERY BAD SHOW, I spent 5.5hrs in Volvo today, in waiting room, warm, drink/food machines and T.V. they way a facility should be run.
