I never thought I would be able to work in the care industry as I didn't think I would be able to cope with giving personal care, but I started with bluebird care nearly 3 months now and I love every minute of it. They are so welcoming, the girls I work alongside are amazing and the customers I go to are just the best. To think how you can make such a difference to somebodys life is so overwhelming, you do have good and sad times due to the nature of the job, and don't think I would like to work in anything else now. I love going to work every day

what a great company to work for everyone of the staff show care compassion and a person centred approach to the service users I only help out when needed to support however I have thoroughly enjoyed every minute of doing so. I am currently finishing my last year of a degree in health and social care and everything that is expected of a care company The Bluebird team make happen!!! I hope to be helping out again soon!!
