Over the past month we have had different faults with our boiler but for Blueflame we would have been left with no heating. All of the faults where dealt with efficiently, quick response with experience and friendly engineers. I would certainly recommend Blueflame.

Excellent company, highly recommended. I live in an all-electric apartment, with an \unvented direct cyclinder\ for hot water that needs specially qualified heating engineers for installation and service. The old cylinder was rotten through and the pipework looked like it had been done by an apprentice, so Blueflame installed a new cylinder with a 25 year guarantee. In the process, they tidied up the plumbing and moved the tank further into the corner freeing up a load of valuable storage space in the tank cupboard. They also worked with me to come up with a way to control the water supply via my smarthome system, so any sensors that detect a water leak (eg: from the washing machine) can shut down the water supply and reduce any damage. Some minor re-wiring needed, but they've done an excellent job of the plumbing installation. Responsive, helpful, professional and innovative ... highly recommended!

Recently had our first call out since switching from British Gas Homecare and the contrast couldn't have been greater. Booked us in very quickly, fitter came equipped with all the necessary spare parts and did a thorough and efficient job. Very impressed.

AWFUL AWFUL ! We have a heating plan with blue flame for 3 years and had no issues. However this week they have shown their true colours. We have been left a week without no heating or hot water while my father is having cancer treatment and due to return home in these awful circumstances! The temperatures have not been above freezing and they do not show any compassion. We have been having to chase this up ourselves and we could be left ANOTHER 2 weeks because that is their first appointment, in these conditions !! We have been told a new part for the boiler is needed but, they have not been able to source the part for a week now. Do not recommend.

Our boiler failed and after initially trying to repair the item it was decided that the boiler should be replaced. This also involved the gas supply to the appliance being re-piped. The engineer gave up a day's holiday and also worked on a Saturday to complete all of the work. Blueflame are a very professional Company and it is good that we can support a local Company. Many thanks.
