It costs more but the support and service is worth it. Sam kept me up to date throughout, sorted viewings and happily gives frank, straightforward advice and selling and buying. When negotiations got tricky due to unforeseen issues on survey, having a broker helps, and I think gives the buyer more confidence to find a way forward, which we did. Sad to see the boat go, but looking forward to the next one!
