delicious desserts

Awful customer service and communication, advisor name of yoshi is very rude, i discussed with them about regular stock avaibility before setting up my menu few month ago but their half of items are out of stock after first order while she refused to send me rest of the items via normal courier. I agreed to arrange my own courier and she promised to send me the details of package via email but she did not and i sent them email to get refund of my credit which will expire in 5 days but she has not responded while they are not answering my call for last 2 days. I thinks this is 1 man company and it should close.

Amazing, quick customer service who sorted a cheap delivery price for an individual just wanting bubble tea at home during this lockdown. Cheapest prices around. I searched everywhere and all other companies were ridiculously expensive and had less products to choose from. Would highly recommend

Really bad experience especially the Director itself Yoshi Lee really rude person don't know how to do business, and the worst things don't accept the blame either send an item with short date when I request to be replaced said it's our company policy we don't accept items back from the customer when I'm still under my 14days cancel period. When I question to explain me where is say in your company unable to provide explanation. Never ever I'll order again with these rude people again.

Honestly the company doesnt know what good customer service is. Im a regular customer and order like 3/4 times a month and every time they disappoint. Alot off wholesalers if you order from normally send your delivery out next day after 3 workings days they send you a notification saying order has been shipped, so then you waiting another 2/3 days for delivery. When i spoke to them over the phone they dont want to listen or take any feedback. I also run a business and we send out quiet alot off deliverys everyday, yes you can at times get a back log but its with almost every order i have had a bad experience, either it comes damaged or takes almost 2 weeks to get to me or something else. Once i even had to go to the place where they store the stuff to collect as i couldn't wait any longer and guess what not a single compensation or anything other then sorry. Well guess what sorry is just not good enough anymore so please find something else to say. I have had to make a decision to now find other suppliers unfortunately. Save your self some time and please DONT reply to this review.
