I have been using BOC in Derby for a couple of years after a recommendation by a friend, good quick service and fair price. But having moved me business to a new location I realised I had missed out on how knowledgeable and helpful the big Yorkshire lad is. He got me onto a better heating option and gas type for my business. And having been in one of the coldest winters for years I have just worked out how much I am saving over my original system. Recommended by a friend and now recommended by me. If you go, have a chat with them to see if you can make changes to save a bit of dollar too.

The staff On duty Mr Matthew Merriman conducted himself in a professional way and gave good advice.
Very efficient , polite and knowledgeable
The staff member at Raynesway was grumpy and unhelpful. I tried to complete an order online but the website would crash and come up with an error. I tried to complete an order by email no one has responded. I recommend you try and source your gas from elsewhere.
Some people just aren't meant to work face to face with customers. Awkward, unhelpful and miserable staff.
