Had a minor warranty issue on a car purchased from sister company Town & Country but because I live in Bodmin I was asked if I wanted to use West End for the repair. So glad I did! David on the service desk is an absolute star, super quick to contact me & booked it in around my schedule. I was able to borrow a car for the day with absolutely no hassle. He was polite & efficient, with a really positive customer service attitude. I also spoke with Jon on the Vauxhall sales side who is fab. Nothing too much trouble for these guys, would recommend both service & sales to any one.
