I would advise people to avoid this place I as previously used to work here. I was racially abused by the lead fitter Geoff Davies who referred to me as a p@ki twice. Please do not support this individual by hiring tools he repairs. Anyone looking for future employee within the company should be mindful of constant micro managing and bad attitude from other colleagues, however most personal within the branch are professional there are only a few rotten apples. Overall my advise is to avoid and not support a racist fitter GEOFF DAVIES by hiring his tools.

Very helpful team. Hired a couple of items and the staff recommended an alternative with a demonstration to how the equipment works. Highly recommended.
Would not recomend, My stepfather called in to hire a tool, he was told that Its in stock, when he got to the branch it was not there, also the person behind thw counter was supposed to call someone and find out about it, he was told to wait for a call back which he then not answered because he was dealing with another customer THAT WAS NOT EVEN SURE WHAT HE NEEDED and missed the call from the other branch (had to be another branch) and told us the other customer was more important even though we were the first in line. Later we found the same tool way cheaper in Selco.
