Completely unprofessional from their agent Ben at Marshall Clark Worthing who miss sells, to the landlords at Heath place including Nadia Director and staff Stacy, although Stacy was really quite helpful but think she had her hands tide. The office space is very good and looks great and the facilities look good.. I will give them that, the process and set up though is is far from well it's pathetic. Says you have 24 hour access that's not true gate are locked at 18:30, say you get one month free rent, not true. Brokered a deal with agent all in writing and paid the fee within 2 minuets. Office was meant to be set up says 99 per desk to set up desks internet phones on agreed date that was in the agreed deal none of that happened we moved all the furniture ourselves then two days later waiting for 10 phones fitted 5 random ones arrived with no cat5 to make them work and told we had to buy them?. Then we were told and emailed that they want another 2700 on top of the 1800 already agreed. Have it all in emails if anyone wants to see, not a problem..Could not negotiate with them even though a deal was made which is surprising as 80% of the offices are empty not surprising, Avoid at all costs it really is miss sold and miss managed.But after lots of emails and lots of calls they did refund me in full which I was grateful for but did not stop me losing 2000 in staff wages and two days in incoming revenue due to false promises and being miss sold by the agent.
