Walked into the venue, greeted well. They explained their app. There were 2 blokes serving. Very attentive. AWESOME.

Queue was long, social distancing not in force inside or out. I don't know how the floor gets so sticky, my shoe nearly came off at one point. Outdoor area at the back is quite large and pleasant. Reasonable prices, but not Hatters prices.

I went to the William Hardwicke with my Girlfriends family for a meal on the 5th August. We were told upon arrival that there was no Haloumi or Jacket potatoes available from the menu. 'Fair enough' we thought, there is plenty more to choose from. Apparently not, after we had already ordered and made our payments, we were told that the pizzas we ordered were also not available. There was a clear lack of communication and of stock in their kitchen. We re ordered and waited for our food. The BBQ chicken wings that I ordered came out of the kitchen and it looked like someone had just walked them past the oven as there were almost completely uncooked, and I am not exaggerating. One of our meals, a beef burger, was completely forgotten about and didn't arrive until well after the rest of us had finished our meals. One of the drinks I ordered was also made wrong but I'm not complaining about that, the extra shot of Malibu in my Disaranno and coke was actually quite tasty.
