Didn't use them direct, but their inability to send funds up the chain early enough meant our house purchase couldn't be completed on the moving date agreed. Supposedly this happens once in a solicitors career, if ever. Avoid having any dealings with these cowboys at all costs unless you fancy the prospect of emptying your house into a moving van to then unload the van and load it all back into the same house at the end of a long day. Can't wait to do it all again in two days time (as this happened on a weekend)!! My rating is the minimum one star, but professionalism gets a ZERO from me.

They were the first solicitors in the chain and as a result of their negligence and incompetence I was left homeless. I'd avoid any dealings with these people.

Tried to rip off some of my friends who tried to apply for residence scheme...the application is free but they decided to charge 250 pounds for that. Shame on you AA.
