Has a great variety of goods. You can only buy online and arrange click and collect. You pay online and you receive a confirmation email with your order number which you have to show when picking up your order. You have to wear a face mask and queue outside keeping social distancing.

One of the better Argos nice staff actually have enough cashiers and items ready very quickly. More chairs would be great. Best advice is go early as quickest service (but has enough seats to wait) and best staff. Plenty of catalogues to browse and free parking up to 3 hours with a Costa coffee shop close by. Plenty of other shops in the retail park.

Lovely young girl called Aisha who works here is always working hard and going above and beyond for customers, she was really helpful to me when I was picking out a tumble dryer.

Staff good, place clean, service (when goods ordered) good. BUT why oh why get rid of a printed catalogue? My experience today (1/10/20) was, quite frankly a pain in the neck. I remember vaguely hearing some time ago that Argos was going to 'online' or 'instore' only. Well, I spent 40 minutes using their 'screen' looking all over the place at lists of this, that and the other. As an intelligent person who can read quickly and has a remarkable memory, in the past, a couple of minutes browsing in a printed catalogue and - hey presto! - job done. Today, scroll through lots of junk, take notes on writing pad, scroll back to compare etc., etc. NOT an improvement, but a retrograde step. I predict once this damn covid thingy had gone, comparative sales will decrease due to the time wasting process of searching necessitated by a lack of printed material. Very sad.
