This place is miles better than the Blackburn Audi, customer service is brilliant, came here looking for a car, was greeted inmediately, treated with respect, offered drinks, and everyone was just very kind, will be back again in future for that White S7/RS7

Terrible, avoid at all costs. 4 visits later and the heating fault still isn't fixed, carnt use car in this weather and they don't return calls to get this issue fixed which I am doubting they are even capable. Audi need to recommend a garage that is capable of working on audi vehicles and actually fixing them.

Excellent customer service from Jordan at the Bolton showroom! He made it so easy for me to purchase my new car, everything was sorted really quickly and my car was waiting for me on the forecourt the day after I had decided which one I wanted! He has a lovely personality and was extremely professional with a bit of cheeky banter for good measure! I honestly can’t recommend Jordan and the Bolton team highly enough and will definitely visit again next time I need to purchase a car! 5 star service all round!

Had my audi s3 serviced from here and I must say the staff service is brilliant and satisfying, its clean and they ask you for drinks they even gave me a free audi keyring its fantastic service they had camera check my car and iv seen all the areas which I couldn't reach and showed what was wrong with my car, it has customer wash rooms and alot of parking outside, over all very satisfied
