Parking is shocking spent 2 hours 10 mins only to receive a fine through the post for 60 for the play area to say I should have put my reg in the tablet but wasn’t advised on this on the day, so going to have to pay the fine. Place is a bit run down and needs patching up. Because of the parking I will be staying away at all costs.

Only around the corner from where we live with plenty of parking and very cheap admission fee. Staff were very helpful and very friendly. The reason why I'm only giving 4 stars is because the babies toys didn't look very clean and also people would just park their backsides on your bag and coat regardless of having more space to seat. People were just extremely rude expecting you to not allow your baby to play or seat anywhere while they were just sat on their phones.

I went today with my 15 months old daughter. There is only a ball pool and a little slide for her to play with. There is a sensory room but it's not got much. The toys dont work have no batteries in them. And hardly have any lights doesn't feel like a sensory room.

Daughter has been coming here a few times and she loves it. We decided to have her birthday party here and the organisation of it all from Eddie Bears was spot on. Can't complain at all! Massive thanks again to all involved

Much much better now under new management, the kids parties are probably the best in the area, sensory room is a great get away for kids who need a calm space now and again, And the staff and management really do care If you have a young child (or several) get yourself down here ASAP
