Took my RX in for a ATF change that Lexus Stockport REFUSED to do. Technician Darren Manning invited me back into the workshop (following all COVID protocols etc) to look over areas of the car that he noted could be potential problems in the future and gave me guidance on what to do to rectify. Very friendly chap and clearly very knowledgeable about the cars he works on. His health check video was also a lot more involved than Stockport's. Will be taking my business to Bolton in future as they were all a lot friendlier and, although I appreciate it probably didn’t need doing, it couldn’t do any harm, it’s a cheap process and they didn’t try to make me feel like a fool for asking to have it done. Pretty strange that the tracking was off in Stockport and didn’t have it done but was fine in Bolton 2 weeks later?

I took my GS450 today to have some minor works there , although I wasn’t happy about prices but Helen is so polite and professional , Daren always looks after their loyal customers and most of all the head of technician there call Dave ,He is a massive credit to the company, He is so knowledgeable and he went above and beyond to sort my car issue , such a helpful person. I do appreciate it. Thank you so much RRG Lexus Bolton for having such employees who are so professional and helpful that although with high price tags for your products , but they manage to put smile on costumer face and keep them happy. Keep up the good work.

Every time I visit for the scheduled car service, the staff are first class. Never left to wait long and always provided with a clean courtesy car. I'm contacted when the car is ready for collection so not waiting around all day. Thanks Lexus! Great customer service every time.

Above and Beyond to deliver excellence! RRG Lexus Bolton have turned it up to 11 for me when it comes to customer care. I initially phoned up to inquire about one of their cars in stock when I was introduced to Alex who very patiently and professionally took me through the whole process of becoming a Lexus car owner. We had arranged for the car to be ready for collection on my birthday the week later. Upon my arrival I was invited to their "Reveal Room" to be greeted by a very well detailed vehicle dressed up in decorations, a bottle of wine as well as a perosnal card signed by all members of staff. Cannot thank everyone enough, especially Alex Fairclough who has definitely made this birthday one to remember! This is how you keep your customers going back!
