This company sells cars with defects they know about, bought a new Smart4 car in 2017, less than 2 years after we bought it and just over 7000 miles on the clock the rear wheel hubs have rusted to excess, tried to get it sorted but the sales manager just fobbed us off with "its not under the warranty", but he admitted he knew of Smart cars having this defect as previous owners had raised this in the past, so they are selling Smart cars that have a known defect, absolutely shocking and i believe they are in breach of the consumer protection act 1987 and we will be taking legal advice. DO NOT BUY A SMART CAR FROM MARSHALLS THEY SELL KNOWN DEFECTIVE VEHICLES
