Excellent Customer service! (Thank you Lauren) Vehicle I purchased is spot on. As described in the advert. I live in Coventry and with the vehicle being in Bolton and lock down in place, I was unable to view the car first. (something I've never done before) So I was slightly reluctant about purchasing a new car this way. However, with the car being excaclty what I had been looking for for a while and with the 1 week no questions asked return policy, I went ahead with the purchase. And I'm extremely happy that I did. Everything went smoothly. The car was delivered to me and they took my trade in away. Couldn't be happier. Thank you all!

Told when I booked my car in that I could wait, got there, no heating, builders banging away and then told they need to keep my car, but no courtesy car, and no solution offered. 12 taxi. Turned up picked car up 200 lighter, car not even washed, part 58 rest VAT and labour, poor customer care.

I got great help from the Service team. Had an engine fault light come on and the \impossible to start\ count-down, and it was the week before Christmas. With no appointment, they took it on and sorted in the day. Great Job thank you Perrys.

Superb. Tom is a star, as was the young lady on reception (top brew maker). Between Tom and Dave we had all of our questions answered. We then signed the papers to get our next car with them. Parking was a nightmare this visit. All the cars are carefully placed and displayed well. Online brochures are easily obtained.
