As always nhs staff deserve the best and i would give them 5 stars if this review was base on them a lone. They go out of their way to keep us healthy and safe. The hospital seems a little dated though and in need of a freshening up and clean as it looks pretty dirty in the waiting areas hence the 3 stars. The children's A&E is good with plenty of toys to keep them entertained whilst waiting for the doctor.

I had a fall and pregnant in my first trimesters, I went A&E 10:45pm, people who came after me were seen and gone, I was still waiting till 1am, triage nurse was so rude \when I told her I'm pregnant she said you know in pregnancy we can't help much\ o thank you for the information, decided to walk away, A&E chairs didnt help,my back gone worse.

Came to accident and emergency today after falling and injuring my hand. I was very stressed and upset as I didn’t want to go due to COVID. I can honestly say that the staff were so kind and caring and helped to reassure me that all was fine. Thank you so much to the nursing staff who looked after me and dressed my hand. You are absolutely wonderful!!

Very professional care from a team of people who are clearly under funded, understaffed and over stressed. The whole staff including A&E Reception, the porters and the clinical staff were amazing. I’ll hope not to visit again - but thank you so much!

If you have an accident or emergency then thanks to constant NHS cutbacks this is the only place in the area to go to. But the staff don't just take that for granted - they work their socks off to ensure that everyone gets the best and most appropriate treatment and care. And I mean all the staff, from the moment you arrive and speak to the reception right through every stage of your time there.
