Excellent product (wall bed) but poor instructions, even missing some instructions. It can be difficult to get through by phone but when I spoke to them apparently if you leave a message they will get back to you quickly. I think they can talk through the assembly for parts where the instructions are not clear.

I visited the Bonbon showroom in Chelsea and was warmly greeted by a brilliant sale assistant. I tried the Comfy Lux Sofa Bed and was very impressed with the customer service and the amazing product! The products are equally as comfortable when used as a sofa and bed. The products functionality is excellent and they produce a 18cm mattress. They are friendly and personable – I would absolutely buy a sofa from Bonbon again.

I have the comfy lux sofa bed. I absolutely love it. Very comfy. The customer service needs to addressed. First they got the colour wrong on the order....luckily I had it changed. Then I had to ask for invoices of payment. They didn't charge me for the delivery and I have to come up with another 140 2days before it was being delivered so it could be assembled....even though the lady in the show room remembered me asking for it,they said this was my fault as I should've checked I was charged for it.
