I messaged Pamela on FB about a dress she had posted and she got back to me straight away with lots of information on the dress and its availability. We booked an appointment, which would be my third attempt at finding a dress, and I'm so glad we did! From the second we arrived in the shop, we were made to feel very welcome and chatted away about everything and anything. She had already put the dress I asked about aside for me, then let us shop around to find some more styles as she made some drinks. I struggle with lots of self-confidence issues and when I was changing in and out of dresses, Pamela was very comforting and reassuring. She made me feel completely at ease and, to my complete shock, I ended up finding the one! I have now just attended my fitting in store and both girls have literally made me feel like part of the family. They are genuinely lovely and I couldn't recommend them more! They have made a very nervous girl, a very excited Bride-to-Be! 5* all round!

The service I received was so personal and Pamela took the time to really understand what I was looking for in my dream dress. She was able to also explain all the possible variations and adjustments that would be possible. I can’t recommend Pamela Jayne Bridal highly enough
