Went in recently with some scrap gold. Was served by Sarah very profession and friendly she explained that she would be a few mins checking hallmarks and test jewellery. Was really happy with the outcome of transaction. I even spent some money in store on more jewellery. Will be visiting again soon.

So I got sold a faulty TV and they are like we need to see fault before we can do anything which i understand but half the time they take days to even look at it then claim no problem when clearly there is and to be honest the attitude on some of the staff especially the one that sold me the TV honestly its pathetic and one of the staff didn't know how to even turn on a TV and she was testing it at desk where people sell stuff to them honestly this place was good now it's gone to the dogs ,it would be better if they closed down

I am a regular customer to this store. Everytime I go into the store I am met by friendly and efficent staff. I must mention in particular Sarah the store managar, Kev and Jenny who will go out of their way to ensure you receive the best customer experience possible. I have experienced both buying and selling in store and I cannot fault this store and it's staff. All staff are very knowledgable on a vast amount of items and will always sell and buy at very good prices. I will continue to visit this store in the future. Thank you for your help and kindness. Totally don't recommend it , I bought my camera back in a bad condition with pieces missing! I went back to get the missing stuff , they said they can't find it , also the girl who works there took my receipt from the camera bag without my permission! . . Now I understand why no one likes to employ scoucers
