No one answers the phone and opening hours wrong. Could reach no one for two days over the phone and, to add insult to injury, the opening hours are wrong so wasted more time. I am out of a necessary drug which Boots was having trouble locating. Not only did the pharmacy not answer on three occasions but no one even answered the general number. That seems less than ideal. The irony is I transferred my prescription to Boots as I had problems contacting a previous pharmacy. At least they have an answer phone. Boots has a system that, if they don't answer goes back to the beginning so you cannot even leave a message. For an essential part of the NHS care chain this is totally unacceptable. Had I been housebound what would I have done? We await a response.

What excitement to go to boots after weeks of lockdown..everything.in place for a safe shopping experience, ..whilst getting my prescription I run up a big bill with hair colour...shampoo...hand wash and gel...skin cream....wipes....and a load of other lovely things Boots have in their stores as well as most medical items and vitamins. Also a box of 50 masks for 35. 00. Bargain. Well done Boots
We've been going to boots in Wokingham for a while now. My dad has his meds ready for him in NOMAD Packs which boots do. When I always go there, his meds are always ready. Also they have delivered straight to our front door. Excellent service.
