Only two allowed in shop at a time, staff seem very elaxed\ about turning round customers, so can end up waiting outside in the cold and wet whilst the staff have a nice chat with the customer in the shop. Understandable to a point, but very frustrating!

It's OK. Under staffed & over pressured, waiting time's are often challenging.
Asked if they had enough stock for my prescription told yes waited ten minutes before bring told they didn't have it all in stock
Very slow sevice
Would help if they answered the phone
