The optician was nice and friendly, but the staff were difficult, unfriendly and agressive at times - felt like they hated me basically. I wasn't given a glasses case for my new glasses - apparently they don't normally do that (which is the first time I have ever encountered that policy). I reported that my prescription felt off and the staff member I spoke to was pretty aggressive and acted as though I was lying, and decided on the next course of action for me instead of speaking to the opictian to get it checked out. At one point I had to say to her, 'you know this isn't personal.' She then told the optician the wrong information about my issue with the glasses, but by that point I had given up on getting what I wanted (which was just to have a conversation with someone about my issue after spending a lot of money on glasses that weren't fit for purpose). Don't go.

Terrible customer service, they struggled with the machine in order to check my eye vision. One of the ladies was a bit intrusive and asked too many personal questions. Receptionist is the worst one I had to deal with. They try not to give you the prescription and try to sell you on. Don't go

Book an appointment two weeks in advance due to work commitments and optician does not show up. Boot still happy to send me junk mail about their "wonderful" service. Typical of stores that have lost touch with their client base. Do I want another appointment? NO.
Bad customer service. When i done my eye test one asian girl Did not give me my priscription and said collect when u pick your glasses. And when i picked my glasses black lady said come next week. Its like im asking for free and haven’t payed. I don’t recommend anyone to go in this store. Person who check your eyes she is good miss Umar rest are rubish.
I had a very good experience with this store! I received my glasses in less time than they told me(7-10 working days), the consultation with the optician was very professional and the consultant-PATRICIA- was extremely patient and nice with me-and, trust me, I spent at least 1 hour deciding what frames should I buy! Overall, I would recommend to anybody to choose Boots Stratford! Very profi stuff members and high quality on glasses(comparing to other stores like SpecSavers, Opticians and whatever exists in UK).
Very polite stuff....I really enjoy it .I was there 1 week ago for the eye glasses and for filling the medical files for PCO licence ,,, the workers are all right and also they respect my appoiment when i've been the second time
