The 3 for 2 offers I must say are not as good as the have been especially for the price you pay, you do have a vast array of items to choose from however they are pretty expensive considering other retailers are selling at sometimes half the price you pay here. To top it off they sell you an empty 45 Ted Baker make up gift set box in the Bishop Auckland store because I gave this as a Christmas present after wrapping it and when the gift was opened in front of me the person I got the gift for opened up the box to find it empty to my horror I felt like a right fool this should have been checked at the checkout to top it off the receipt with the barcode on the bottom the printer cut half of the receipt in half so I'm hoping that they will still sort this out, absolutely disgusting especially when you pay good money!!! Spent over 78 On gifts and make-up........

Excellent, staff letting very few customers in, felt very safe. Well done Boots.
The Opticians department at this branch is terrible. Very poor customer service. It's a shame as the rest of the store is good. I will never buy another pair of glasses there.
Handy for medicines and beauty products. I personally don't need to use beauty products.
