I always dread going to the pharmacy as I invariably have problems getting my repeat prescription. I am given conflicting information every time I go and I often walk away without my prescription feeling confused. They really need to look at their systems.

Perhaps the worst Boots in the South of England. Especially the Pharmacy. We've lived here for 15 years, brought up our kids here and this Boots is abysmal. The number of lost baby prescriptions has been unbelievable. They conveniently forget to order repeat prescriptions one month to the next. They ignore you in the queue. They are slow to serve you. We and many of our friends now boycott the place and go to WestChem, where they actually care about good customer service. The store manager should take a long look at the Pharmacy section. IMO they should be replaced. Boots is better than this. But not in West Wickham.
