Bad customer service. Very nervous ladies saying not to touch anything in a very rude way and some Indian lady cleaning and watching in a suspicious way while we were paying. Very disrespectful and bad experience with these 2 ladies that should be fired for not understanding customer service.

Great social distancing. Great range of products. Baby nursing facilities which is great when in town and wanting some privacy.
The staff are friendly and polite. My main reason for going to Boots is to purchase Makeup, which I do but more importantly the staff on the No.7 counter give me loads of important advice and tips on applying makeup. Yes, although I'm a guy/ more woman than ever now thanks to Boots !!!! Thankyou to the wonderful friends.
