I was recently contacted by one of your employees and asked several questions for market research. I asked that my details not to be passed onto any other company which was agreed and I began to answer the questions. It quickly became apparent that the questions being asked would lead to being targeted by various companies for insurance and PPI. I told your employee that I knew he was planning on passing my contact details on and hung up the phone. 48 hours later I am called about PPI. I asked where the company got my details and they said it was from Open Media solutions. I was told that your company informed them I wanted to be contacted to discuss making a claim. I will now be reporting your company to the ombudsman.
