The company was very good in communication. But when the men came he was on his own and my husband had to lift him up with the boiler and he didn’t have any ladders so luckily we had some big ladders to put on top of the apex. . But all the men that came were good.

What a fantastic service from Tom fitting our new boiler. From arriving on time to being polite and friendly this was a first class experience . We really would recommend this company for the cavity wall insulation and the boilers they fit as they are fantastic at what they do. The workmanship is amazing and Tom talked my wife through all the work he'd carried out along with showing her how the new boiler works. I had cavity wall insulation and a new boiler fitted. From ringing up to arrange, to the work getting carried out, every single member of staff were so friendly and helpful. The guys turned up on time and did a fantastic job, very tidy too. Everything was ‘spot on’.

Brilliant service from start to finish, we had underfloor insulation done and a new boiler fitted the week after. Really friendly helpful team on the phone and a great surveyor who came out to do all the checks beforehand. The workmen were very respectful and completed the work to a very high standard, Tom who did the boiler did a cracking job, tidied up the pipe work and put some really good insulation covering on the condenser pipe on the outside of the house. Both Tom and the underfloor insulation guys left everything tidy and clean and made sure we were happy with all the work completed. We also had all our paperwork logged and registered by Borthwick heating so didn't even have that to do! 5 stars Guys, i would definitely recommend to family and friends.

We had underfloor insulation and a new boiler fitted a few days later. Both were done quickly and professionally. All staff were polite and friendly. Boiler engineer kept us informed throughout his work and took me through use and care. All said a wonderful job done.
