Simply amazing staff always smart and polite and help with any questions I have about my vehicles, felt safe while in the business very swift turnaround with my car. Thank you to the service manager in the showroom. I am going to recommend my close friend who presently goes to another dealer!!!!!!
11/10 service ! Simon Simon Simon! Make sure you ask for this great gentleman. No harsh sales tactics completely the opposite. He has great in depth knowledge of the brand and the technology. Recently got a cracking deal on a A3 67 reg saloon can’t fault the service from the first phone call to when the car got delivered. Will be definitely back to get the A6 in the future thank you from myself and my family to Simon and the entire team at Audi Boston.
Really didn’t expect a detailed video experience explaining my cars servicing requirements! This was the highlight of my day..the technician’s detail was excellent I just enjoyed spending money which is a difficult thing for me to say but to see exactly what’s needed on my car is reassuring Ed was excellent definitely would return when my service is due again.
