I have just bought a property through Fairweather estate agents and I could not be more happier with their service. I had regular updates from Jade (Who often knew more than the solicitors of both parties) and all of my questions were either answered straight away or within the same day. I often spoke to the other team members during the sales process, and must say that each and everyone of them were polite, professional and responsive. They obviously take a great deal of pride in their work, and so for me, this has to be the best Estate Agents in the UK.

They forgot to get back to me on a property I was really interested in. But after a telephone conversation I respect the professionalism of the sales staff. Very very helpful. I would have given them a 5 star if I had got the property. Only reason for a 4.

Jade, Claire and Hayden have given us the most fantastic service and attention to detail from start to finish of a complicated process. Nothing was ever to much trouble and they went over and above what I expected. I would totally recommend Fairweathers for a personal and outstanding service.

I was going to reply to your message but was unable to do so - it was not myself you effected but my sister - she is too kind for her own good, and wont write reviews but I do, she was also going to allow you another chance but I have put a stop to that - I know with all Covid etc, but being called at 10.10am when her appointment was at 11am is unexpectable - my sister (whom I am not naming on here) is stressed out enough with her current estate agent, and expressed this when she called - so I took action when our mother advised us, & that she was deflated after the rushing, and changing her plans around the night and morning before your visit - its not professional nor acceptable that you gave her 50 mins notice . I am fully aware we become sick and ill - but you need to consider others mental health and what they are going through, and what they had to do - if someone is sick we request 24 hours notice and if its something which needs a longer period of \time off\, then the appointment should have been managed by someone else. I am not discussing this further, as I am sure you know this was not handled well. Tanya Davies
