We live half way between Swindon and Newbury, reading the reviews on this place have shocked me, we think the staff are amazingly friendly and great service, the chicken shish is out of this world, the only reason we sometimes drive the other way is I personally prefer a pitta with the kebab built inside and they use a flat bread which is nice I just prefer pitta, the food is lovely. As for the review from the lady who said her mask was half on ... Do you only wash one hand after using the toilet! Well done to the staff for keeping us all safe as an NHS worker I applaud this

Absolutely terrible!!! I don't possess enough angry words in my vocabulary to express how dire an experience I had here. I ordered an 8.50 donor kebab from here and what I got was half a large container of lettuce and half kebab meat. I then phoned them to let them know of their mistake and instead got nothing but excuses saying that's how they come. I said I'll be getting a refund and he tells me that's not possible as I've taken it away. They wrap it in a container, paper and a bag and expect me to check their sloppy work after?! From here I'll be having the bank process the refund for me as it was contactless payment and contacting the ombudsman. DO NOT go here if you want any value for money. Go to 3B's literally one minute walk away and get great customer service, smiles and jokes aswell as great food. I didn't go there as it was closed at the time.

Ordered our first botans in forever, i hadn't had one since i was around 15, love that you can pick and choose sauces and salad if you order from there website, avoid deliveroo and uber eats ect.. i had a lamb shish kebab which was lovely and cheesy chips.. nice and crispy just like i asked for! Generous portions, fairly priced and arrived quickly and food was piping hot, very happy will order again!
