Lovely shop to look round and a nice cafe. Very busy in the cafe when I visited on a Sunday and was told food would be at least an hour wait, so opted for a cake instead.

Visited the cotton weavers mill cafe today with my mum girlfriend and niece. Ordered two lots of sweet potato fries. Turned out they decided to put them both of them in a small oval dish. For this I was charged 7 pounds. Safe to say all 3 adults were shocked and underwhelmed. Think next we will try somewhere else.

Lovely cafe, plenty to look at in the mill. Nice way to spend a morning.

Horrible food in the cafe but the shop is alright. Great selection of Yankee Candles. Staff are rude though when I pointed out that an item was on sale that she put through as full price. Would visit again to the shop but never the cafe.

The food is very good and reasonably priced. The cakes are absolutely gorgeous. However, I have found the service to be quite slow every time I have been, perhaps because it is always busy. Drinks are served when you pay for your meal which gives them plenty of time to go cold whilst you are waiting for your food. I think the way to remedy this would be to offer free refills on the drinks.

As a local resident and regular visitor to the Cotton Weavers Cafe, I was extremely disappointed with my lunch today (07/11/18). Ordered the 'sandwich of the day' which was supposed to be hot roast beef, onion & gravy with a portion of chips. When it arrived the sandwich was stone cold with a dribble of gravy. The portion of chips was a bowl of 'scraps'. The sandwich, when replaced, consisted of 1 slice of beef & a teaspoonful of onions and was tasteless. At 6.25 for the sandwich & 2.50 for a small bowl (just slightly bigger than a teacup) of chips, both were extremely overpriced. Wouldn't recommend either and, no doubt, will not be going back again.

Food was bang average, 10 for a coffee and the worst steak Canadian I've ever had. Won't be returning.
