Ordered & paid for an item advertised on their website, only to be emailed a couple of days later saying my order had been cancelled as they don’t actually have the stock they advertise for sale! Waste of time, money & effort. I’d advise you to avoid and go elsewhere!
I am very disappointed with this retailer I placed an order on their website on the 10/3/19 I received a shipment invoice on the 13/3/19 and still haven’t received the item today which is the 20/3/19. I have emailed and Facebook messaged the company aswell as tried to ring twice but no answer. The items were for a birthday gift yesterday which I obviously couldn’t give. Very disappointed at the lack of communication and acknowledge on their part!!!
This is a great model shop and agree with others, well stocked. They have always had items that I had requested. They also have other facilities either there or at their disposal such as decoder fitting and customisation of items. Again as others have said very friendly, helpful and knowleable. The website is also well worth visiting.

Ordered some items over three weeks ago, received a shipping confirmation email, but still waiting for my purchases. No one answers the phone, no one answers their emails, but their Facebook page had been updated. Unsure if this company is still trading now, due to the complete lack of communication from them.
