Fantastic customer service!! They were brilliant over the phone advising about prescription goggles. We were so impressed we visited the shop and again got absolutely fantastic service (even though they were in the middle of a stock take and had customers in the shop and on the phone). I had no intention of buying so much but it is so rare to be able to talk to someone that is both knowledgable and not in the least pushy whilst having a huge range of stock to choose from. I really hope they keep up the fantastic mix of a retail outlet along with online sales. You are all absolutely brilliant KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

Customer service is appalling!!! They don't deserve 1 star. Communication skills/ people skills are sadly lacking. I have sent 2 emails with no response from either. This is my first ever public post as I am so disappointed with mailsports..........their loss, I will never buy from them again nor will I recommend them either.

If you are like me and a bit baffled by all the different brands and sizes of racing suits and which maybe best or most suitable for your daughter then I definitely recommend a visit. The lady took one look at my daughter, taking in her height, weight and build and knew which brand and suit to try on 1st. They will then check the suit and whether it fits properly and if not will show you where and why, possibly recommending a different brand or size. Really valuable advice and would definitely go back when buying her next suit.
