Great service, the reception lady was helpful, the doctor called back 30 minutes later and again was very helpful.

Doctors great but service let down by unhelpful reception/admin staff who seem to have zero understanding or care of what the people they are dealing with are going through. \Computer says no\ sums them up so well. Why is there no way to address this?

Not fit to be called a Practice. 10 years ago it was Good. 5 years ago it was Ok. Under this new managment system it's not fit for purpose.

Sorry but these practices should be reviewed better, standard of organisation is shocking. Getting an appointment impossible and I do not care attitude at reception needs a reality check. Have to safe my helf has never been worse.

Went in with my son for his check up and the doctor deliberately made him cry. Reported her and nothing happened so moved to a different surgery immediately.

Excellent medical care (I see Dr Roberts, who is a great example of a courteous, professional and very human GP). Very good nursing team and phlebotomists, exceptionally helpful and practical pharmacists who know many of their patients by name. Why I knocked off a star: The appointments booking system is dire and same-week appointments are difficult to get. It would be great if this could be reorganised.
