My business was in the process of being sold when, after months of discussions, a start-date agreed and with 3 days left on my business premises lease, the buyer walked away. To say this was devastating is something of an understatement. I was referred to Antony Batty & Co by my accountant: she spoke of them in the highest possible terms and, after having worked with them to wind-up the business, I can see why. From the outset, the team were prepared to go the extra mile, reassuring me with regard to what needed to be done and what they would take on for me. At such a stressful time, mid-pandemic, family relocation making the sale necessary in the first place, buying a new home etc, winding up the business was the last thing I needed. They took all the pressure off, showed huge integrity and professionalism throughout but still retained a 'human' face in what can be an arcane process. One of the team even called me up out of the blue a few weeks later just to see if the family and I were alright! 5 stars is not enough to adequately express how good they have been.
