Convenient, clean, and great prices. There’s free 3 hour parking (and plenty of it). The store has a McDonalds at the front, money exchange, opticians, pharmacy, and so much more. The store is bright and clean. Shelves were well stocked. There were many tills so no waiting in a queue.

Without question the worst shop I have been in for COVID 19 prevention measures, throughout the entire pandemic and lockdowns. An incredible number of customers were not wearing masks, whilst this must be hard to address what isn't is the staff. We had click and collect (not knowing you had to go inside to collect at this store which is really inconvenient) and the staff member who served us didn't have a mask. If this was due to medical reasons fine, but he didn't keep his distance either. I actually witnessed a mask wearing customer challenge 2 women who did not have masks leading to a heated exchange, it should not be up to a customer to be doing this. I am not overly cautious/concerned about these things normally but I actually felt very stressed being in this store, it's appalling. I will categorically avoid this store entirely until the pandemic is over, then it will be emergencies only. Avoid at all costs.

Very kind personal, i am foreign and i was looking for a product that i didnt know how is called here and Sue was patient and she tried to help me in diferent ways until we localizated it. Also Alan, a guy in the cashier who help us a lot. Thanks to people like that i always choose Asda, because customer service is nice!

Whole experience ruined by 1 staff member at self service. Was so rude the whole time. I know it was busy (Friday evening) but that's no excuse to be so horrible to me! Eventually I thanked him sarcastically for his great service. He then proceeded to shake his fist at me. I'm under 5 ft 5 and female and he's over 6! It was very intimidating. Don't really want to go back now.

This place don't have enough funds to keep white carrier bags for loose vegetables they sell (like okras and carrots ). When asked the store manger who was near by he's simple reply was \if they are not on the shelfs then we must have run out\ didn't even bother to have a look. Why keep veggies on display and let them rot when the store can't afford to keep carriers bags.... Have lazy employees like this and wonder why the stores have to shut down operations...
