We experience very good customer service. We had a leak between our water meter and house which we were not aware of. Bournemouth Water contacted us and together with the contractor the problem was sorted quickly and efficiently. We were happy with the service!

Had a really great experience with Bournemouth Water! Whilst I was using their service they were always prompt to answer any queries. When I went to cancel my account with them when I moved out they were super helpful and refunded all the money I over paid (because I was silly and left it a month to cancel). I was put through to Emily who was super cheerful and made my call feel relaxed and friendly. Thank you Bournemouth Water!
i have always found bournemouth water staff to be most helpful and kind the staff are very knowlegeable about any possible problems very helpful through pandemic i have been with them for 60years and my parents before me. they offer extremely good clean and clear water and are very fast to respond to calls for help their prices are exception too!
I personally wouldn't give them any stars. I'm on a payment plan with these greedy people. I have been very ill and missed a payment. I have had nothing but threatening letters and emails saying they are taking me to court. Bournemouth Water with covid - 19 going on you should be ashamed of yourselves threatening people with court action. You are nothing but bullies....
