I have spent two weeks calling this \company\ and trying to arrange a boiler installation. I have firstly spoken to one representative, who I have been explaining the issue for 15-20 min, he has promised to get back to me within the same day- never did. When I have tried calling this company the next day, nobody would pick up the phone ( I have tried calling them 3 times on the same day, no calls were picked up). After 3 days of calling with zero luck, I have been able to get through to somebody. This person have explained to me that previous manager is away and that I need to explain all the issues over again, which I did. I was then promised to be contacted within 10 minutes after the call. Guess what? I wasn't contacted and now its the third day I am calling their number and no one picks up the phone. The company looks like a scam, PLEASE STAY AWAY. They are fishing out your personal information and then blocking the calls, everyone please be aware of this awful company, if it can be called so.
