Really lovely place. Nice customer service and food was great. Only problem was the size of the children's waffle was just as big as an adults. My 2 year old could only eat half but she loved the ice cream and really enjoyed herself.

Me and my partner got a takeaway tonight as a treat, the total was 28 for two cookie doughs and a milkshake to share. I ordered a cookie dough option that wouldn't have hazelnuts in it as I have an allergy. But they sent a cookie dough that had hazelnuts in it which was not specified in the description. Thankfully I only had one bite before realising and I don't have a sever allergy as some people do, finally the portion sizes are much smaller than what we had in store months ago (before the second lockdown) very disappointed and I doubt we will be buying from here again.

Got delivery and was very disappointed at the size for the expensive price point. For almost 10 it was barely the size of my hand. It tasted good- but I expected more, as when I have dined in in the past the portions were more generous.
i am extremely disappointed with your service, i ordered a VEGAN cookie dough because im extremely allergic to dairy, i used to work with fast food so when the order receipt comes through it clearly states VEGAN! when i received my order it was covered in chocolate sauce and chocolate bits!! i waited 40minutes for my order just to receive the wrong thing. i also called the restaurant 3 times with no answer!! to make sure it was vegan but they’re service is shocking and nobody picked up the phone. and this is NOT the first time this has happened, you need to READ the receipt PROPERLY!
