I worked here years ago. They refuse to pay staff the money they are owed, they have no respect for their customers, force sales... I was told to "pray on the elderly". What's more concerning is the main office is full of drugs. Avoid at all costs, glad this company has gone down the drain, they deserve it.

Heat pump works for all purposes but shower hot water; this starts out at the temperature set but then rapidly becomes lukewarm. One phone call, 2 emails and a registered letter have yet to elicit a response, let alone any effort to resolve the problem. This industry is unregulated so it seems the law is the only recourse when DHS fail to exhibit even basic customer service.

If I could give a rating of my own it would be -5. We had a Air to water heat pump installed almost 3 years ago. The biggest mistake we have ever made. We have sent letters to the managing director Joe Searle over the last few years with problems we had at the time and since. So far we have not received any replies or the courtesy of even phone call. I am at the moment I am trying to get them to sort out another problem that has recently occurred. I phoned them 2 weeks ago and spoke to Lucas who took my details and said he would get someone to contact me. Yes you have guessed it I am still waiting. I have phoned twice today and all I get is the answer phone.

This company is one you must be aware of. My mother in law died therefore making the contract void although a deposit was paid. They agreed to return the deposit less a survey fee and as you can see then bounced the cheque. I was told today they had been suspended from NAPIT which is a logo they use on their paperwork. Truly a really bad and dishonest company who cannot be trusted. They door knock too.

Trying to call this firm is a joke, they upgraded our Smart Energy system, with a promise of the Feed in Tariff being paid to us , has anyone else had this rubbish promise, we have sent them an email. NO RESPONSE.
