6 week body transformation programme completed.. And yes, it works if you follow the simple rules. Fantastic concept, support and no nonsense training. 6 weeks.. down 6% body fat and a stone in weight. So happy with results so signed up for a year. Such a great place with a no nonsense approach. I can't recommend highly enough.

I had the opportunity to connect and ask questions in multiple platforms and a big game changer for me was the clear and detailed nutritional information handed to me on day one. Just completed my 6 weeks training having lost over a stone but it not about that, I'm so much fitter than when I started. I would highly recommend anyone to give them go. All the trainers are good people and I'm definitely keeping going. Whether your an old fat man wanting to loose some timber like me or wanted to get shredded it's just the job.
