Me and daughter had an order for collection and once at the restaurant a staff member told me would be a 5 minute wait . I saw many food riders coming in the short wait I had, they looked busy and when we received the bags ( 3 minutes from arrival) the same man apologised, thanked me and told us a surprise was inside for the wait. We found a Golden Ticket and a lovely note. please pass on our thanks

Food great as usual! Definitely recommend the chocolate waffle! Delicious! Staff were polite! Tasty card could be used, which is 2 for 1- great deal!
Never been to Frankie and Benny's, we normally choose to support independent restaurants, but whilst on holiday we did not book anything for our last night. We loved our dirty fries and cheeseburgers, food served very quickly. Thanks to Miroslav who gave excellent service and advice on which desert is best. Great value with NHS discount. Music is great!
Went here on Tuesday under tier 2 restrictions, the restaurant was fairly empty, we ordered our first round of drinks, our male server came to us 4 times to take our food order within 15 minutes (felt pressured with no reason why & nobody waiting for tables), we eventually told him to buzz off and then when we were ready we ordered our food. The food was average! No Parmesan cheese available to go on top of my Spaghetti Bolognese. During our meal we had our 2nd round of drinks, was still picking at our food when the pushy server took our food away. We were then told because there was no food on the table the 3rd round of drinks that was ordered would not be fulfilled and that only soft drinks were available to us. Would not recommend Frankie & Benny’s Bournemouth to anyone, rude staff & A HIGHLY PRESSURED ENVIRONMENT!!
The staff is nice, the food just delicious. Recommended.
