Amazing service. I called as needed a gas canister for my dads small heater urgently. The lady on the phone was so friendly and helpful. I was unsure of bottle size etc as it was the first time I had done this. Everything was explained to me so clearly over the phone and done in such a jolly manor. All my stress and panic was stripped away as they provided a bottle to my dads door same day. All COVID rules were adhered to professionally. Thank you for making what was a rather stressful situation for me so easy and thanks for being so sweet on the phone. Amazing company clearly run by such empathetic people who know what they are doing and really do provide such an exceptional service. Thank you Gas Express. Highly recommend gas express and we will continue to use you as our provider.

Cannot fault the service we received from Gas Express. After being completely abandoned by Flogas, we ran out of our fuel supply Bank holiday early morning. Contacted GE, who we’d never heard of previously, & 3hrs later we were connected & using 4 new full 47Kg propane cylinders. Panic over. Efficient, polite, helpful, beyond belief. Two very senior citizens are extremely grateful and warm, having lost our heating and hot water on a very cold start to a three day holiday. Many thanks. Also, it was cheaper.
