One of the best small indoor play areas in Bournemouth but it's popularity is outstripping its capability. It's often so busy you have to stand and even in the dead of winter it's can be so stuffy you'd be forgiven for thinking you're in a sauna. It needs to upgrade its air conditioning system and either expand (somehow) or empose capacity limits. If it doesn't it won't be too long before something bad happens.

Have been a handful of times and have no complaints, if you want the kids to be active on a rainy day it's great. Tremendous value for money(3 kids and I got change from a tenner!) means I can take the kids regularly. staff are friendly and helpful. Food is much the same as any other play centre, basic and expensive but I appreciate running costs of a play centre will dictate this. Lemur landings is definitely a much bigger play centre but at 30 for 3 kids I think the value is better at Giggles

Took my youngest to a birthday party here, also paid for my 7 year old to come as well. After the birthday party, we were asked to leave, as they don't generally let people stay after a birthday party, in case a child is ill...now my youngest didn't eat all his food, my eldest ate before we came in, and he was fine. Ridiculous if you ask me, much rather pay a bit more for lemur landings, at least the staff join are more friendly, and I won't damage my car in any potholes...

Have been a couple of times with the granddaughters and have found the staff are always in a flap with one disaster or another and too busy to help answer questions and queries . Food not the best quality and all to often not the warmest. But despite not being the largest or most modern of play centers the kids love it and it is right on the doorstep

Love it here, reasonable prices always clean my only critism is I sometimes feel like we're being watched. I appreciate its meant to stop people disrespecting the place but sometimes it can be a little unnerving
