I had an amazing experience with this people. They are amazing and really helpful. I was having a trouble with a parcel and they decided to help me. Was nothing to do with them and they just decided to help me anyway. I went there and I was so much welcome and they print my labels and documents to sent my parcel. Was just perfect services. Thank you very much to all of you.

We liked the service there till the winter, now everything's changed. The last few times the new staff couldn't give even approximately information about deliveries and had not nice attitude, etc. Not professional. :/

Still waiting for a parcel to be packed and sent 28 days after request accepted. Excuses and non response from Mbe HQ. I am taking legal advise, and will have to sue under consumer law. I am beginning to think that items have been stolen , cant think of any other reason why its taken 28 days and still no parcel, and the excuses and non response does not bode well. Will be contacting Police to investigate. If you want all this happening to you, the stress and worry, then please do use these useless people.
