I called very last minute and thankfully someone else had just cancelled so I got in. I was seen spot on time, the treatment room was cleaned absolutely spotlessly with anti bac wipes and sprays. I was asked to wear a face mask which was fine . I had my treatment and chatted all through it. I would recommend Nancy 100% I was very satisfied and will return again.
