Wonderful pub with so many great memories over the years. Google, if you're moderating these reviews, please delete the one by "Ant Lewis" below. This is someone posing as him for some reason. There are a few of these false reviews from "Ant" for various venues in Bournemouth and he hasn't posted them. Security needs to be tighter on these maybe? Or we need a feature where we can report a review as not being from the person its purported to be...

Some great live music here and doombar as well as a few 'niche' smaller brewery ales which are very welcome. Never tried the food, but for some live mainstream entertainment nowhere else within walking distance comes close.

Staff are friendly and food is good. Pub is lovely and has nice outside seating for the summer. They do have good live music nights too! (prior to Lockdown.. haven't heard live music from our flat which is next door in awhile).

Wonderful pub at the heart of Bournemouth. The staff are always so welcoming, a real family feel to the place. Food is top drawer at very reasonable prices too. Highly recommend. 5 stars most definitely
