Whether you're looking for personal training, sports massage and/or nutrition advice, Sascha is highly qualified in each area to help you reach your goal in her well equipped personal gym or beautiful massage room. The training sessions are fast-paced to ensure progress is made inline with clients' needs, increasing in intensity to suit individual fitness levels. If you're looking for a personal trainer and/or sports massage therapist in Poole/Bournemouth, I can't recommend Team Sascha enough.
